I'm pretty sure the "bimbo eruptions" ship has sailed. Bubba and Ms. Bubba saw to that several years ago. The precedent has been set: it's just sex, it's old news, what he does in private is none of our business, it's OK to trash the women "if it isn't true" (per Ms. Bubba), move on, nothing to see here. My wife isn't conservative. I consder her moderate but she did vote for Hillary. But I can tell you that her statement is "who cares who he had sex with ten years ago".

I think America "got over" who slept with who in politics during the Kennedy Administration. But that was because Marilyn Monroe was a very beautiful and famous movie star and JFK was a golden boy. Then along came intern-gate, where the woman was a fat young intern, which forever made it "none of our business", inspite of Republicans trying to make it otherwise. As long as the sex is consensual, it simply doesn't matter. And in the matter of consent, the #MeToo movement should be required to disclose evidence decades later vs. simply she said/he said. There needs to be some modicum of due process for the accused.
