Just looking for some ideas for the day. We plan to hit Grand Lake tomorrow with the fam, but today is pretty wide open. Thinking of going to get some steaks or something to throw on the grill. Might even get the fire pit going.

Today I spent late morning/early afternoon watching Arsenal FC win the FA Cup for a record 13th time (and their manager Arsene Wenger won the Cup for a record 7th time).

Just finished eating grilled hot links and kasewurst with sauerkraut and a cold Sculpin IPA. Smoking ribs on Monday.

Mowed the lawn and cleaned up flower beds. The heat/humidity was awful. I felt like I would be sweating if I wasn't doing anything

Gonna watch some baseball, maybe a little Bundesliga relegation match, drink a little more beer, and get ready for work tomorrow. It's an extra short week because I am off to Colorado for a week this upcoming Friday.

U2 with two oldest best friends on Friday, 3 different kid baseball tourneys occupy every other moment through Sunday afternoon, then family reunion. Lots and lots of craft beers courtesy of said friends.

HIGHLY recommend Rahr & Sons Visionary Brew, which is a "dry-hopped Kristallweizen" for the plethora of beer snobs that frequent this place.

Saturday did some yard work while the wife and daughter played in the water on the deck. Sunday went to my father in law's to swim and eat steak. Monday went to my sister in laws to hang out, play some baseball with my nephew and eat some burgers and corn on the cob.
