Sure don't want to keep putin guessing........this administration would have surrended the Alamo. Why would anyone keep saying what "we won't do?" If all this is the case quit suppluing Ukraine with weapons tell them they are on their own and encourage a ceasefire.

That might be because the "chemical weapons" Russia supposedly uses come from a US controlled lab already in the Ukraine. They'll have to ensure the paper trail is torched before they draw any red-lines.
