Holy smokes! What a weekend!

Since we've been running this site, I'm not sure we've ever had a weekend of upsets quite like this.

At the top of our list this week, #68 Aaron Bolo knocked off #2 Kyle Conel of Penn State. Watching the match, it definitely looked like Conel tweaked his knee in the 3rd period. Hope he's not out for an extended period of time. Also, in the Virginia Tech vs Ohio State dual, where Virginia Tech got the upset, #21 Brent Moore upset and pinned #2 Sammy Sasso. Also, #5 Mason Parris continues his impressive start to the season knocking off #3 Matt Stencel of Central Michigan. Parris is absolutely a force and has finalist written all over him.

Here's the rest of our upsets from the weekend:

Montalvo jumps 78 spots in the latest rankings following his upset victory at Lehigh. Now #32 @ 184.

Wittlake jumps 7 spots, now #28 @ 165 after his upset win at Drexel.

Yes, Montalvo was pouring it on at that point. Was close to a mdec I believe.
The conditioning for the last 3 Lehigh wrestlers was non-existent. As KC Scott told me, "I could have taken down any of those guys in the last minute of the matches.KC Scott is on the north side of 70 and on the south side of 160. At 184 it appeared Weiler was reluctant or unable to stand up so Montalvo could take him down again.
