Visiting fans for football...questions

Planning on coming to OSU-I State football game in the fall...where is the bar district? How is the tailgating, are visitors welcomed? What time do you all start pregame? Parking tough? Thanks! Looking forward to a road trip.

A handful right around the stadium and then more about 10 minute walk away (Washington St)

Yes, but not outrageous. Can always find a spot within a 15 minute or less walk.
