I'm surprised he didn't get a significant injury, that couldn't have felt good being crushed against rocks/concrete on that retaining wall. Could have easily cracked a rib or two, with the weight and momentum of at least two cops forcing him forwards into that wall.

Since it's one of the Satan worshippers from devry tech Norman I don't care if they would have formed a circular tazer squad then tackled him and then kicked him in the nuts. Him running is not quit what I had envisioned when this story broke....maybe one of the slowest times ever for getting off the block, and it was telegraphed all the way.
