Is this the "unverified" document on Lynch that Comey referred to in his book?
“Had it become public, the unverified material would undoubtedly have been used by political opponents to cast serious doubt on the attorney general’s independence in connection with the Clinton investigation,” Comey writes, according to ABC. He calls the material a “development still unknown to the American public to this day.”
Yeah, that clip doesn't look like he's saying there was a grand jury. It appears that he's saying a draft was provided for review to see if there was classified info in it and used grand jury and Title 3 as examples. He then says there was that type of information and they got the court to unseal it, but with the multiple examples he gave, you can't conclude he was specifying grand jury information.

The more accurate comparison would be if Melo averaged 12 ppg in the reg and dropped 33 in game 1 of the playoffs.

Gowdy (in the clip above) certainly looks like the league MVP, in game 1 of the playoffs.
But when it comes to actually closing out the series?
I think that outcome for Gowdy is already “pre-determined.” =)
