I believe you are speaking to a largely educated and EXACTING crowd (lots of engineering majors and such). I know a few on here like myself that are also reading medical journals to better understand the situation.

My suggestion is to use plain language and let the truth speak. Sometimes that truth will help your narrative. Sometimes it will be food for Corn. I’d stop worrying about the latter because the partial truths are killing the credibility you have earned saving lives on the operating table.

Well, I’m vaccinated based on my doctors advice and you’d probably be shocked but my sources are also medical journals and articles as well.
