This raises a lot of questions

I thought there was suppose to be a line between the university and NIL deals. This seems to push the line if not cross it.

Also raises the stakes and may help explain why Riley was concerned about OU ability to compete in the NIL area.

Wouldn't be surprised if USC is putting together something similar.

Basically the bottom line seems to be UT now has a $10M slush fund. They days of no show summer jobs and car loans are behind us forever.
