Huh, I guess my manufacturing plant increasing headcount by 40% since Jan 1, 2017 didn’t actually happen. The division I work for increased North America head count by about 35% (1500 people) in the same time period. We spent another $250 million in capital on top of that. You folks do realize that increases in manufacturing have little to do with employment and much more to do with automation don't you?
Remember all those jobs that Trump/Pence "saved" in that Carrier plant in Indiana? Almost all of them still eventually went to Mexico and the company is using the money they received to update (automate) the plant in Indiana and then nearly all of those employees will be let go.
The democrat party was stupid to allow Trump to steal their blue-collar voters.
