update

I'm thinking they did not update some of the weights on there. Looks like they just added the incoming freshman, but I don't see Jordan Dierenger. Looks like Andrew Marsden is going 285.
You can really put very little credence in a pre-season roster listing weights but if you could the most interesting weight would be Dean Heil listed at 133. Unless he has found a better way to cut weight than last year when he attempted 133 and fell short I think he will be at 141 but just my opinion.

I think most of the returners weights are the same as last year. Heil, 133; GWH 125 and so on, but I think we can at least get an idea of what the tentative plans are for the incoming freshman.

The weights aren't correct and Joe Smith isn't in the lineup.
Togneto, thanks for pointing out that Joe Smith is not shown on the roster. I had not noticed this until now. It does look to be a very poor job of posting the roster. Lineups and rosters are always in a state of flux at this time of year and obviously we as fans want to read too much into them.

If Kaid Brock can make 133 there should be a good battle between he and Harding as to who will start there. If Harding wins that spot we should be able to redshirt every freshman. Hopefully we can keep everyone in redshirt until next year. Piccinnini, Brock, Olsen, Smith, and Mardsten redshirting will make for a better team in the future if they can stay focused.

And Lewallen and Moran. I think that GWH will hold down the spot. Hopefully there will be a time in the future that GWH can shirt. Lots of talent and juggling in the next few years.
