When you replace it, try turning to the left to get the old ine out, then clockwise to install the new one. It's not that hard once you get the hang of it.

I have about 30 LEDs in my house. I hardly ever get to replace a bulb anymore. I've never had a Phillips LED fail. Many are about 9 years in service.
