I've had horse. Its pretty common in Eastern Europe and parts of Asia. Dog is common in East Asia countries. The risk with Cat is that it would be very lean and stringy due to their muscular structure, and probably be hard to eat. Human I would avoid. It could be a left-wing dingbat you eat, and whatever mental disease they have might be contagious. Liberalism might be the next Mad Cow disease.
