Yes David, it is used honestly in both sentences. Do we really need to go here again? What would you call a government official requesting a private sector company to not allow anything deemed "misinformation" judged solely by the government official on their platform? I know this is area of logic where you traditionally struggle.

Public information requests and leaks later revealed the agency had a formalized process to flag Facebook to censor posts it viewed as disinformation. Federal officials would often send what they believed to be misinformation to CISA, which would then advise social media companies to censor the content.
