UMKC SAE Chapter, (University of Missouri at Kansas City), they were interviewed and it turns out that they have eleven members of color, one of which is a Muslim. Don't know how many total members but that would seem to be a pretty high number. These guys seem to be nothing like the ou chapter and said so.
K State SAE Chapter, a member was interviewed who said he and his fraternity members are wearing their SAE shirts on campus to make a statement that they are descent good people and again nothing like the ou group. This particular member said he was physically kicked in the leg and verbally abused by a small group of students on the K State campus. He said he intentionally did not respond to them verbally or physically. Again, he said he and his fellow members want to send a message that they are good people and do not engage in practices like those on the ou campus. In actual affect he turned the other cheek.
These young men seem to be descent good people and reflect the vast majority of SAE chapters and fraternity members in general. I hope these positive stories are placed on national news, they certainly should be.
