I was glad to see us mix things up on offense vs. K-State, and one thing that jumped out to me early was the tunnel screen to Washington that went for the TD. I know the coaches are trying to find creative ways to simulate a running threat, and that was a great way to try something different. I'm no X's and O's expert, but it looked like K-State wasn't prepared at all for some of the stuff we threw at them. Plus, it helps having a bona fide badass QB on your side.
