I kind of remember a very handsome poster on this board call for this speech over six months ago. Maybe even a year ago.

Going to Mexico tomorrow? That was me too also over six months ago.

this is why I was so pissed at his dumb ass routine
after the convention. He has so much potential.

No but I will hit for the cycle if he goes that route.

He reached out to innocent and hard working minorities who suffer at the hands of brown criminals that are produced from broken schools, broken homes and broken promises from liberal elites.

Honestly if you are raising your grandkids in south Chicago and you know they face the threat of murder every time they step off the porch, what do you have to lose?

My bad Harry. Posted after you.

Honestly, if pulled off well, the visit with the Mexican president is pure brilliance.

Do you know how many machismo Mexican men can't STAND the thought of voting for Hillary. Trump emerges with El presidente shaking hands and with the acknowledgement "Puedo trabajar con este hombre," then all bets off on Mexican-American vote.

And you know what...getting the Mexican president on board a reasonable immigration "fix," is also good business.

the wall might get a door. With a doorbell just for Mexican guest workers.

It might have to be lower than a regular door bell and play la cu caracha but a vip fast track to guest worker status for peaceful hardworking Mexicans is being a good neighbor.

After the border is shut off where speedy Gonzalez himself couldn't get in of course.

MSNBC is down playing the visit by saying their President has only a twenty something percent approval rating. Personally, I think his visit is a wise move...he has a great opportunity if he can pull off some type of substantial dialogue. Let's see if he is the master negotiator that he claims.

Maybe so...but it's a tight knit community, doesn't matter what CNN, MSNBC, others do. Talk will get out...what matters in this is all in Trump's ample hands. (snicker)

With the media he's damned if he does, damned if he doesn't. Like reaching out to black and brown people (Don Lemon's words), he is criticized as racist, then criticized for how he characterized the lives of blacks in this country when he was reaching out, and now he's criticized for going into the black community and speaking to them.

I hope he keeps after it. An authentic conversation needs to be had. Hillary and the Dems aren't authentic. Media isn't either.
