Heard on the radio today that the GOP only needs to flip 1-2 more state legislatures to be able to amend the Constitution assuming they agree with the amendment. That should be the concentration point for the mid-term elections.

If that were to happen, the 2nd Amendment needs to be updated with such clear and concise language that even a panel of 9 very liberal Supreme Court Justices can't get it wrong. Our Founders never envisioned a large group of America and freedom hating people would roam this coutry.
Brilliant idea. The thousands of sec 8 denizens living in Cabrini Green could get together and democratically determine who gets their 25 votes.
