Unless there was an obvious explanation for their launch failure, they will already believe that we (or Israel) played a part in it, we don't need to tell them that. Its not gamesmanship, its irresponsibility. The highest classified items the US posses is not information on our own weapons systems or anything like that.....the highest classified information is what we know about our adversaries and the capabilities we have to collect that information. We do not want our adversaries to know what we know about them, or how we gather that information about them , tweeting satellite photos of their failures does not help us one bit. President Trump has the "right" to tweet that photograph, but that does not mean it was not irresponsible and doesn't harm national security.
