The problem you are facing PD is that not all of us think this is a bad thing.
Yes, that is a gigantic problem! The tree of authoritarianism is composed of two branches. The left branch follows the trail of collectivist socialism/communism, and has produced such evil leaders as Stalin, Mao, etc., mainly following the philosophy of Karl Marx. The right branch takes us down the trail of collectivist nationalism, producing people like Hitler and Mussolini, following the teachings of Hegel and Kant. What so many people don't seem to understand is that both branches lead to the same tyrannical result, they just fight over which side gets to inflict the tyranny.
