After a few decades of enhancing their power they developed thought leaders like John Bolton who sees the need to display American military power everywhere he looks. It’s our NeoCons who are responsible for establishing 700-800 American military bases around the globe. And it’s our NeoCons who are responsible for our unrelenting never ending military conflicts since VietNam.
