I still root for him. Average coach in a conference with really good coaches, but he is a really good guy. Larry Reece posted some photos on his Facebook. I believe he is 3 or 4 years cancer free. We were playing Texas and Forte went to check in....he looked at Larry and said “you got this”. Each player that checked in did the same. After the game each player went up to Larry and said the same.
