I found this interesting. His candidate's were so bad the Democrat's spent money to get them to election day.

Worked for who, the country or Democrats?

In Pennsylvania they elected a person who can't understand simple conversations, can't speak coherently or in complete sentences and that's who should represent the state in a deliberative legislative body? Obvious answer to the above question is it worked for Democrats not for the country.
