i heard some talk about him coming back as OC if Southern Miss fires him. Well, I watched the Miss St/ Southern Miss game last night.
After a great play, Southern Miss had 1st and goal on the 3 yard line. 4 straight plays up the middle to the halfback and Miss St had the ball. I would bet that if that had been MY, many OSU fans would call for him to be fired!
I like Monken, but that series was pretty poor. The announcers said that Monken had given up play calling this year, but I'm sure, just like Gundy, he had the opportunity to change the calls.
