I am still trying comprehend how truly bad this team was. Just like LSU of a few years ago was a once in a decade team, this group was a once in a decade bad team. We never knocked a running back backwards. If on first and second down the opponent would drop a couple of passes third and ten was no problem . The edge was always available. Our lines were always knocked backwards. I have to give Gundy some grudging respect- assembling this many bad players at one time was quite a feat few have accomplished.
