I started school in 1976. (Yes, I'm an old SOB and I take pride in the SOB part) Since that time, we've had a BB program of mediocrity, at best. Well, except the ONLY time we hired a top flight coach or even close to a top flight coach. The rest have been mediocre to failure. We just keep reaching for mediocrity and fans are tired of it. They're sick of it! And this appears, once again, reaching for mediocrity. Underwood looked like a great hire and, in fact, I think he was. But now we make a mediocre hire hoping for a hidden gem. Good luck with that. Coaches that can't recruit are failures and get fired. AD's who can't recruit usually get fired too. Fire Holder!
