No, I don't consider salon.com to be a credible source of news. Here are a couple of my favorite parts of the story.

about how rump's Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta (can't even edit well enough to get POTUS' name correct)

Police reports show that Epstein's private investigators attempted to conduct interviews while posing as cops (what kind of journalist refers to police as "cops"?)

So, why do I post this here? For a couple of reasons.

First, the article reminds me of the emails/phone calls we all get that are obvious phishing scams. You all know the ones I am talking about. You read it/listen to it and know it is BS right off the bat. Yet, they keep coming, which means that there are people stupid enough to fall for them. Which suggests that there are people (liberals in this case) who are stupid enough to read the linked article and either believe it, or disseminate it to others who might believe it (yes, I brought it here, but am making it very clear that it is BS). Which brings me to my next point.

Isn't this recycling of the exact same BS story about the Clintons? Wasn't there a story about them participating in a pedophile ring and associating with a pedophile friend and taking multiple trips to his pedophile island? I think this came up shortly after Pizzagate was a big thing. IIRC, certain members of this site were bringing the story to this site and seemed to think there might really be something to it.

I think this shows us how gullible some people, on both sides of the aisle, really are. It also might indicate that some parties (Russians maybe?) are creating these BS stories, and spreading them on social media, in an attempt to widen the divide already present in this country. I mean, we all know/suspect that they are doing this, but I think it is interesting to (maybe) be able to see actual evidence of their actions.

How is that story BS?

Jeffrey Epstein is a convicted pedohile. His Lolita Express plane and island are a matter of record.

Bill Clinton took many trips on that plane to that island according to passenger records. Nobody disputes the trips.

Doesn't seem like much of a stretch given Clinton's history that he was participating.

What they report is not fabricated like most, they just selectively leave out anything that anything that doesn't forward the narrative.

Correct. They selectively report 'facts' that support their position but don't properly give the full context.

Of course, all outlets do too.

This is quoting the Miami Herald.

Typo means the story isn't credible?

Weird post, Been. The linked article is talking about what the Miami Herald reported. I don't see anything that appears made up from the Salon side.
