Not that I wouldn't acknowledge that Ginsburg is a pioneer of sorts in her own right, but to just pretend that Sandra Day O'Connor wasn't the first, and served for 24 years after being appointed by Reagan (12 years before Ginsburg), is so very typical of the new politikal thought.

They have to continue inviting her to these conferences, not so much for what she has to say, just to keep her awake and moving, otherwise she could pass on and that would result in 6-3.
