Not that I wouldn't acknowledge that Ginsburg is a pioneer of sorts in her own right, but to just pretend that Sandra Day O'Connor wasn't the first, and served for 24 years after being appointed by Reagan (12 years before Ginsburg), is so very typical of the new politikal thought.
