Last month, Galvin-Almanza railed against the Laken Riley Act in a video on X bearing her nonprofit’s logo.
The activist slammed the law, which requires the detention of illegal immigrants charged with certain crimes, as “horrible” and “cruel” because it reduces the power judges have in cases involving criminal migrants.
Reduces the power judges have? WTF. Judges shouldn't have power, they are required to interpret the law and make rulings based upon that law. But that perfect sums up the left's view of the law. In the mind of a leftist if they are in position of power they can pervert and ignore the law to use against anything they disagree with.
These people are a threat to freedom, a threat to the rule of law, should be removed from holding any position of power and forbidden from ever holding any position in the future.
