I knew he belonged in the rubbish bin the moment he started talking at the 2004 Dem Convention.

I knew it once his actions as President didn't align with his more general promises.
Of course, I didn't understand what "fundamentally transform America" meant, though he acknowledged it from the start.
And, in fact, his actions showed he was going to govern in a way that completely neglected the desires of approx 1/2 or more of the population being governed.
If Obama was so great why are the Democrats now screaming about how much the working middle class is suffering and overlooked?
On one hand they say the Obama economy is great then Bernie and all the rest talk about economic inequality.

Liberals and dems take both sides of an issue depending on the conversation at the moment.
Obama in his "look at me" last hurrah tour said that many in the middle class and below hadn't realized any relief from the economy the past 8 years. However, all we have heard up to the election is that the economy has improved and all have received its benefits.

There were a few people (and I don't mean me, even though I didn't trust him) who knew and described exactly what he meant form the start. Stanley Kurtz is one that stands out to me.
I remember some people describing what is governance would look like. I didn't vote for him, mainly because I thought that he would bloat the government.
But I did want to give him the benefit of the doubt to prove me wrong. He did rather quickly.
Being a racist activist and president don't go well together.
