21. Baylor (2) 75.7%
27. Texas Tech (3) 74.6%
41. West Virginia (4) 72.1%
53. Oklahoma St (5) 70.8%
69. Iowa St (6) 68.1%
80. Oklahoma (7) 67.2%
86. Kansas (8) 66.7%
86. Kansas St (8) 66.7%
102. Texas (10) 64.6%

As to why this is important, Last year Oklahoma St was at the bottom and their record fell from 10-3 to 7-6 barely making a bowl game.
