I think there's more than a shred of bullshit to it. Consumer confidence is not something that takes two terms and being out of office for two years to accomplish. And that's the special sauce here.

There are legit grown up disagreements to be had about tariffs and what the appropriate tax rate is, but giving Trump no credit "None" is just silly. Surely you can agree with that?

No one has said the market will go up. Please provide the info about that. The goal is to make China be fair and I think their economy is 25 or 30% down. We have been paying for their success (yep, in their tariffs) for years and years. It is time it becomes a more level playing field.

I am no expert about tariffs, but I have 18 years of dealing with them and ~8 years on a daily basis. I dont know much about much, but I know more about tariffs and how they work than 98% of people.

You are a smart guy, but this one is out of your league. Not trying to put you down one bit and you know I have never treated you like that.
