If Trump wins and the GOP loses the senate, it will limit things he can get done.
But by at least being more able to speak truth to the American people (we've been lied and pandered to for decades by both political parties), he'll be able to put pressure on Congress to act ---- and the rising power of populism across the US is not going away (adding more pressure to congress).
On the other hand, Trump too could succumb to the power of "the establishment" once he gets in office. But it seems like he has a better chance of resisting it than most.
