I don't think this makes 2018. Most likely summer 2019 but excited to see more Ben Afleck as Batman.

Bale's Batman was a watered down version of the character.

Affleck (tho I don't like him personally) is playing the character more accurately (other than the killing thing).

I'm a huge batman fan and think the bale batman are incredible. With that being said I think affleck is the best Bruce Wayne we've had. Bale and Ben are pretty even as batman imo. Personally, I can separate the performance from the actor. I'm not saying you're doing this Duke but so many people hate Affleck and let it cloud their judgment of him as batman. You have to separate the two because let's face it, actors in Hollywood are all grade A douche canoes.

I've never gotten past how unbelievably horrible Armageddon was. Argo was fine but most of his work I'm just not a fan of.
