One key component of the theory that Seth Rich was murdered by HRC, the DNC, the Russions, whoever revolves around the circumstances on the ground. To quote this author:

"...detectives claim that Mr. Rich was a robbery victim, which is strange since after being shot twice in the back, he was still wearing a $2,000 gold necklace and watch. He still had his wallet, key and phone. Clearly, he was not a victim of robbery.

This has all the earmarks of a targeted hit job. "​

In my expert opinion (I have watched every episode of Law and Order - the Fred Thompson episodes as everything else is crap) a professional hit man would certainly not have left the scene without making sure the necklace and wallet were taken.

How do you explain the sloppiness of the professionals?

So in that case it should be fairly easy to piece it together, no? I remember that episode where a dude hired a bus driver to off his wife in a home invasion by "accidentally" using too much chloroform but the bus driver was convinced that the husband was gonna roll on him so he went to his office and punched him in the nose and stuff, man that was quite the story....

Why would the DNC hire a cafeteria worker when HRC has a long history of pulling off "perfect crimes"?

Wait a minute.... isn't this the guy who claimed that the Muslim Brotherhood had infiltrated all levels of the US Defense and Intelligence Agencies? He was also the dude saying John Brennan was a Muslim convert.

Your former Admiral was run out of the service in the late 80s as I recall and has a history of outrageous claims ever since. Not that that in and of itself makes him wrong on this count, but scoring an OpEd in the Washington Times is almost as easy as getting crabs in Lubbock on a Saturday night.
