My father has an earlier version of this painting, without Trump in it, hanging in his house.
“Which is the kind of fantasy mashup you'd see in the home of a relative who has Fox News playing on every television in their home at full volume all the time,” made me laugh because it pretty accurately described my Dad.
It’s a dumb schlocky painting...both of them (Rs and Ds).

Trump looks befuddled and uncomfortable....like wherever he is is the last place he wants to be at...a lot. Squinty eyes and that cocker spaniel head tilt when he hears something he doesn’t agree with. Doesn’t mean he is.
The painting is schlocky and amateurish enough that everyone in it looks mildly constipated and gritting their teeth either trying to hold in or push out that peeping turtle. Anyone can see what they want to see in that picture.
Wow that painting and their faces look plain as day like a bunch of people enjoying the hell out of each other. Obviously that wouldn’t be the case and complete fantasy but I have no clue what you are seeing.
For what it's worth, Trump looks fine and that art is decent. I don't understand the big deal by some, which is probably the point of your thread.
Like I said...you see what you want to see in that schlocky bad painting....with the added element of believing anyone else that sees it even the least little bit differently is delusional.
