As our esteemed current president does another self-adulation tour and blows millions of dollars to do so, did our other past presidents do the same? Reagan, Clinton and Bush (W) were all 2 term presidents. I don't recall any of them doing these types of travel during their final few weeks, but I could be mistaken.

Why is everything spent by the government always round numbers? $150 billion to Iran, $4 billion on airplanes, $580,000,000 on Solyndra, and on and on. Why are the expenditures never, say, $3,592,482,882.19?
