Do these highly educated and credentialed economic experts’ recommendations deserve to be implemented with the same zeal as the highly educated and credentialed climate change experts’ recommendations?

You're actually thinking that Dickbreath has any intelligent contribution to anything related to the economy? Watch The View tomorrow to get Dickbreath's latest thoughts.

Well, they come from some impressive institutions. But it's FOX. So... 🤷‍♂️

May I ask if there are credentialed economists that disagree with them?

I rest my case.

Yes, of course! Just like there are credentialed climate scientists that disagree with the alarmists. But you want your climate scientists to use the government to ram their proppssls down everyone's throats. Do these economists get the same privilege?

Who are these credentialed climate-denying scientists?

No, I’m not going off on that tangent so you can deflect away from the original question. In the first place I know of no “climate-denying” scientists. But there are many “alarmist-denying” climatologists. If you don’t know of their existence you have locked yourself into a self-induced bubble of deception. But the question at hand is should these economists enjoy the same deference from the government that is shown climate alarmists? If not why not?

***thinks, along with Dan, that economists know about climate science…becoming too pitiful to acknowledge anymore***
Bwaaaaahahahahahahahaha!!!!!

I'm sure Al Gore and AOC are "climate scientists" in your world of stupidity. I get why grocery delivery is your life's "accomplishment." You sure didn't help your dad with yardwork.

I’m sure none of these 230-something economists serve on boards of “NoNpRoFiT” institutes across the land under the guise of tax exemption for the good of the American economy…

And citing fox is hilarious, Daniel san…

I sometimes wonder if you have multiple personalities. Occasionally you speak with cogency and offer opinions that deserve consideration. Other times, like now, I am left wondering if you’re capable of rational thought. In case you’re not understanding: the economists are NOT writing about climate change, they’re voicing their alarm at what will happen to the economy if the Schumer/Manchin compromise is enacted into law.

Our friend @Syskatine has insisted we listen to highly educated and credentialed climate alarmists *because* they’re highly educated and credentialed. On more than one occasion he has demanded we obey highly educated and credentialed experts on various topics . These economists are highly educated and credentialed about the subject of economics. They have issued a paper declaring alarm for the economy. Using @Syskatine’s logic the question becomes should we pay heed to these highly educated and credentialed economists with the same vigor as the climate alarmists?

Now, if you still don’t understand I wash my hands of you!

Well, I'm not sure you can find 200+ credible scientists from those same institutions that would say carbon isn't causing a bad shift of weather. If there are hundreds of smart, credentialed economists that have a contrary view to the ones you cited, I'd certainly listen. Wouldn't you?

The problem with your analysis is that carbon's effects aren't really a debate any more. That and your dogmatic Putin crush makes me question your narrative in this. I've seen how factually selective you can be when discussing current events.

But, Dan, if 90%+ of economists from American universities said this bill would stoke inflation, I would be inclined to take them at their word.

For maybe the first time in my life I’m speechless.

Fight for me Danny. Get them to take out those evil tax increases.

I just don’t know how to respond to such a complete jumbled clusterfork of banal nonsense that includes rehashed talking points from 15 years ago. It’s like you tried to summon up every negative thought you’ve had about me and put it all down in one fell swoop, with no logical sequence. I have no idea which illogical talking point to start with. It leaves me speechless.

@Syskatine - let me translate Dan speak for you: "I don't know how to handle a reasonable response like that." Hope that helps.

Read the article, fatboy. Then check out Google street view on the east coast beaches. It’s been updated since 1995, right?
What time frame did the scientists reference? What would you expect to be the impact of those predictions 25 years in? Something like this maybe?

Kinda emphasizes that we should work to control the variables that we can control doesn't it?
This is a typical generic post by @davidallen that says nothing but implies a great deal.

If by your comment you mean we should collectively drop our pants, bend over and spread our cheeks while authoritarian climate-alarmists use the police power of the state to forcibly ram their policies up our backside, the answer to your question is a resounding “no!”

OTOH if you mean the climate alarmists run their tests and issue their papers in which they say “this is what we believe is true, and these are actions we believe individuals can voluntarily take to alleviate our concerns while we continue our scientific endeavors, which include robust scientific defense of our opinion from other equally objective scientists who have come to a different conclusion, but, of course we do not think using govrrnment violence against its own people is justified, then the answer becomes s resounding “yes!”

Dan, we've discussed this before - I am not a shepherd and hopefully, you have overcome your tendency to be a sheep. I trust you can come to your own conclusions.
As you so often do, David, you’re deflecting. You post a link and follow it with a nondescript question implying you are neutral on the answer, while we all know exactly where you stand, but are too cowardly to say it out loud.

I responded by giving your question the criticism it deserved, and followed it up with a specific answer. And your reply? Why to pretend I’m a sheep incapable of coming to a conclusion.

Your attempt at mind control is seriously weak.

They said what they said. And what they said was so wrong that they proved themselves to be nothing more than blithering idiots.
