Things I have heard her say (paraphrasing what I have heard so far):
- "Covid deaths are occurring at an unprecedented rate." I don't think I would characterize the death rate as unprecedented, but the sustained death rate is sobering. Not a lie IMO.
- "Omicron is a grave risk for the unvaccinated. The risk for the vaccinated is reduced, but not zero." Odd how that context wasn't included by Boogs quoted tweet. Not a lie IMO.
- "We have hospitals that are almost at full capacity" Sincere question - what is "full capacity" in your professional opinion? Oklahoma has 88% of ICU beds occupied right now. Given the irregular distribution that naturally occurs, is this is a very high rate? Do you think there are hospitals at full capacity right now in your service area? I am quite confident this isn't a lie.
- "We have 100,000 children in a serious condition which we have not had before, and many on ventilators" - I haven't seen that stat anywhere. Though we did have news that 325k new childhood cases were reported the last week of December with Texas leading the way. I am skeptical even doubtful - want to see some data behind that 100k number.

If the SCOTUS approves Biden Emergency order it sets the precedent for essentially Monarch rule. Any President could declare an emergency and force people to do whatever they wanted. Let's say a conservative President declares abortion an emergency and requires all woman not wanting to get pregnant have birth control implants put in. Is anyone Ok with that? Or maybe a President decides Climate Change is an emergency and declares all fossil fuels be discontinued. Are you Ok with that? Yes, these are a little on the extreme side today but after watching how far left the left has gone over the last few years what seems extreme today can become normal if leftist have their way.

CDC director says less than 3500 kids are "hospitalized" with Covid, but per her, as many as 40% of those could be admissions for alternative items where the patient was simply diagnosed with Covid. Think breaking your arm and finding out you have Covid. That is a Covid hospitalization.
"In some hospitals that we've talked to, up to 40% of the patients who are coming in with COVID are coming in not because they're sick with COVID but because they're coming in with something else and have had COVID or the omicron variant detected," she said.

So based on these two statements, its likely fair to say that the real number of children hospitalized for Covid in the US is between 2000 and 2500.
Which doesn’t matter to the case at hand as children are not covered by OSHA rules unless someone is running some child sweat shop.
If a Supreme Court justice can’t admit that our founding fathers never wanted the government to decide what people should put in their bodies then they should have never been a justice. That was all that needed to be said in the oral arguments.
