Yea that makes no sense. If you were a white nationalist this is not something you would do considering the current political climate but who knows. Some people are absolutely clueless as seen by those that voted for Biden. Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if it were a bunch of race baiting left wingers.

You would think that...but after years of being inculcated that white people are the devil, white nationalists are everywhere, Trump is racist (more recent phenomenon), parents are domestic terrorists, America was founded by racists and on and on, I think they really believe that ANTIFA, BLM, SPLC and others are pikers compared to the "white nationalists" boogey man they all see, real or not.
For the corrupt ass fed to actually investigate those fools it would run against the narrative they have been promulgating for the last 5-6 years. With a federal government fully populated with left-wing, anti-American, BLM loving wingnuts they will never investigate the anarchists with the same zeal as "white supremacy," "white nationalism," "institutional racism" and "domestic terrorism."
