Stillwater area Realtors?

Any on here? Anybody know one? Recommend one?

Wife is on campus the next couple of days interviewing for AgEcon department. They have a city "tour" with a lady from ReMax scheduled, a Beth something. Didn't know if anyone knew or recommended any in town.

To be honest, my wife and I are pretty torn. Stillwater and OSU are home to both of us, but living up here in Northwest Indiana, we have grown to love it (particularly the weather). We have a great set of friends and some family in the area. Going to be tough if OSU comes with a good offer.
 
IMHO, all of the ReMax agents are solid. There are two Beth's at ReMax, with one being the owner (Peterson). If you're not happy with ReMax, shoot me a PM and I can put you in contact with an agent from United Country Landrun Realty, Inc. or Century 21, both of whom are top notch and have lived in the Stillwater area for 40+ years.

Peterson, that is the lady! The tour with her isn't until tomorrow, so depending on how that goes, I may be reaching out.

Side note: I am assuming you like Phish based on your handle. I am seeing them for the first time July 13 up at Alpine Valley (pumped!)

Good luck and have fun (as much fun as one can have)! Stillwater has changed a lot in the last ten years and I feel like it's been for the better. As Headhunter mentioned, Team Stillwater is another group of realtors to consider. I don't think I know any of them, but I might and can certainly do some checking and see if there is one I know personally that I can put you in touch with, should the need arise.

Regarding Phish...it's actually a play on phonetic spelling. My degree is in elementary education and I used to be an avid bass fisherman. Back in the mid to late 90's, I used an email address spelled Phisherman @ blah dot com and when I signed up for this site, I was still fishing on a regular basis and went with Orangephish as my handle. I don't fish much anymore but I still like the name.

I will keep all of them in mind, for sure. And, well, get into Phish! They're awesome!

Haven't been back for five years now and just in quick browsing, there are a lot of new neighborhoods popping up around the area. So we may need more help than we initially assumed.

Financing is a WHOLE new story that I am not looking forward to dealing with lol

@OrangePhish @Headhunter Do you have specific names (and contact information possibly) for specific realtors at those offices you recommended? Wife and I are compiling a list and are going to reach out to see who works with our schedule best. OSU is covering a "house-hunting" visit for her.

Don't have the number but Mike Louvett (sp) at Coldwell Banker should be able to hook you up.

I've known Vicky for at least 20 years and I've known David 40+ years. I'll vouch for both of them as being great people. I know that Vicky has won many awards as top sales person, outstanding realtor, etc.

Probably looking at Stillwater proper for the first purchase. Thanks for the information, too. I have forwarded that information to my wife. We are compiling a list of recommended realtors and reaching out to them.
