Judge dismissed a number of the causes of action, but left much of the case intact, including the part of the case the ford gave Stevie psychoactive (that’s probably the wrong word, but as close as spell Check will get me) drugs. New scheduling order entered.
Surviving a motion to dismiss isn’t really a big thing, but thought it interesting that the case is still banging around in the halls of the Payne County Court House. You might see FHCTF in town at a deposition.
Part of what was dismissed was a breach of contract claim against Ford. Clark claimed that ford breached his promise to buy him a new Camaro. Thought that interesting.
