No offense but the paragraph above sounds a WHOLE lot different than the sentence in the OP. Also comical that the context of the conversation was omitted. It was a discussion on whether rape and incest should be exclusions for abortion.
Probably should have known this was fake news just by the AXIOS byline, but I wasted 5 minutes to prove it.
