The Delaware Supreme Court sided with the University of Delaware Thursday in a lawsuit brought by the DCNF and Judicial Watch for Biden's Senate records.

I'm not going to pretend to know the legal justification the State SC used but I will say from a common sense perspective this stinks like corruption.
