I think is prob a good description of what Gundys program had become. It happens especially to guys who stay at a single stop as long as he has. But with his coordinator hires I just don’t think he recognizes it. It’s almost like he overreacts to bad years and swings in the total opposite side of the spectrum. Lose Holgerson and Monken, hire Shippensburg. Lose Knowles, hire Gannon. The ultra inexperienced guy doesn’t work out. Hire several time over retreads.
