will it pass? I'm honestly as interested in this as I am presidential election.

It should, opponents feel 792 is unconstitutional the way it's written so there will be more to come on this after November 8.

I agree...

Any good breweries that will come this way with their beers as a result?

Open up higher end grocery stores?
I would think so on the breweries. I would think New Belgium would be a distinct possibility although I'm not a huge fan of their main brews. Maybe Deschutes. A lot of these breweries don't have a lot of excess capacity so the law changing might not have an effect. I'd like to see Funkwerks, O'Dell, Bell's, and New Holland.

Trader Joe's has a whole section section walled off and waiting passage to open up a wine and beer section.

Whole Foods will open up a beer and wine section.

I thought it would b easy too but I still see some comments on facebook about how they're voting no. Most don't give a reason, others spout about how it will ruin more lives, hurt economy (wtf?) or tell everyone to think about all those liquor stores!

One person did mention something that I was hoping @CowboyJD could answer. The person said that how it is laid out that no more liquor laws can be passes. That seemed very odd to me and I couldn't find any source for that.

Anytime you hear an opponent to any state question use "it will permanently change our state Constitution" as an argument against, you should laugh and know for certain they are short on real arguments.

It's exactly the opposite. SQ 792 is removing all the alcohol related laws from the OK Constitution and putting them in the hands of the legislature going forward, which would allow for more streamlined passage of additional reform moving forward (for good or bad).

Because it's not true.

792 replaces Article XXVIII with Article XXVIIIA. The language in both has specific language authorizing and directing the legislature to enact legislation in compliance with the sections of that particular Article. In fact, the language is basically exactly the same onlegislative authority and responsibility. XXVIIIA just includes/allows the sale in grocery stores, refrigerated in package stores, and all the other changes you've heard about. It also removes the ABLE Commission as a constitutionally protected agency.

I'll drink to this!
