First and foremost it’s immigration fraud. This is why after you exercise your K-1 visa (fiancée visa) you then apply for a 2-year visa WITH conditions meaning that if it is a marriage based on fraud (obviously marrying a relative is a crime in the US) then the marriage is voided and the offenders can be deported.

There is also a ton of paperwork you fill out that ask you about your family, including siblings. My guess is she/they would have left him off that list, which would make her application fraudulent as well.

She was only 8 when they immigrated, so not much you can do to her except prosecute for whatever federal USCIS laws they broke by lying on the K-1 application. Brother on the other hand can and should be deported if this is true.
