Great points on disruption and technological advancement. Driverless transportation is the future and just like the pushback against the automobile from the horse and buggy business there will be pain felt among certain groups.

The issue is his analogy of retail to Donald Trump supporters. An oversimplification of his analogy? Maybe. But the overarching point in the political analogy was Hillary = Future and Trump = Romanticized past. It's a gross oversimplification I cannot look past.
