So, when does the Breitbart/Bannon v Matt Drudge war get underway?

Last week, a few of the editors at Breitbart were tearing into Drudge saying that he was undermining Bannon and would be partially to blame if Bannon was forced out.

Some of what I read indicates that Bannon and Drudge (once good friends) had a major falling out and have been hating on each other for a while now.

I know I went down the rabbit hole reading some of the comments on Breitbart last week and their readers sure seemed to be hating on Drudge.

Probably never.

Drudge is a single page aggregator, and the man has no life in the spotlight

= nothing to target in a war.

All anybody could impact is clicks per month. Good luck with that.

This will be interesting to watch, for sure.

Breitbart was a mere shell of itself with Bannon gone --- much less impactful.

I'm very interested to watch Huffington Post in the next six months.

They went from cheeky and playful racial headlines six months ago:

Hey guys, I hate to break the news to you, but while Drudge some 20+ yrs ago may have primarily been simply a news aggregator, there's this new thing you may have heard about called "social media."

Drudge has certainly made use of twitter and other mediums to voice his criticisms of Trump and Bannon over the last few months. He's also been accused by Bannon allies of "slanting" the articles he posts on his site in a way which was anti-Bannon.

You didn't break it to me.

You also haven't demonstrated how the war you propose may take place would result in "casualties," and thereby be worthwhile of a significant amount of anybody's time to wage.

I've noticed Drudge's slant over the last several months and couldn't care less. Drudge is a good guy and so is Bannon.
