I have a revised spine from the 2006 fusions with a rebuilt and soon to be fused L2 disc with new rods and hardware above to S11 (that were added to all the lower areas also)
A much straighter and normal looking stance that I will have to try and strengthen on my own as the Neurosurgeons team assurances that the recommended intense therapy that they have never seen rejected has been denied.
The first three days of constant opiates needed for pain led to the comments about the lack of Magnesia which is a true National emergency.
Prunes will be needed for awhile

G-Man in Iowa is a good man, sat with him at the Santee Lounge couple years back courtesy of ScottsdaleSooner who passed away a few months ago. Medic was there and also good peeps as well. Wish fitty had been there. Anyway G-Man get well soon my friend. Shoot me an email when you can or you can always call. ✌️

My DNA ethnicity testing from Genelex Labs in Seattle shows 12% Indigenous American and 9% East Asian. Cherokee are believed to be last to walk across the Bering Strait to North America 13,000 years ago. Genelex will provide me with a document stating they are 99.9999% certain I am 1/8 Cherokee. This means nothing to the Cherokee Nation. Once you break the chain, you're banished. All American Indians have East Asian DNA with Cherokee having the most.
The Choctaw are a different world. A great granddaughter is 1/64 Cherokee. She is a CBID card carrying member of the Oklahoma Choctaw Nation with a 1/256 race count. Great granddaughter and granddaughter-in-law appearence is Choctaw. Granddaughter is 1/128. Granddaughter-in-law mother is Cuban. White appearing father is CDIB card carrying Choctaw. He is 1/64 Choctaw.
